  Discount ($50) from the registration fee for the selected IEEE SMC Young Professional applicants

Eligibility

• Student and Graduated Student discount applicant must be a Bachelor, Master or PhD (or equivalent) student.
• Young Professional discount applicant can be who has received her/his first professional degree within the last ten years.
• Applicant must be IEEE and SMC Society Student, Graduated Student or Young Professional Member

The following documents should be prepared for the application:

Student or Graduated Student applicants:

• Copy of IEEE Membership Card (scanned or downloaded in PDF format from www.ieee.org)

The student status will be inspected based on the SAMIEEE database. If the student status cannot be clarified based on SAMIEEE, the scanned copy of student card will be requested by the organizers.

Young Professional applicants:

• Copy of IEEE Membership Card (scanned or downloaded in PDF format from www.ieee.org)

The young professional status will be inspected based on the SAMIEEE database. If the young professional status cannot be clarified based on SAMIEEE, the scanned copy of first diploma will be requested by the organizers.

Any scanned documents should be preferably in PDF format.
All documents should be zipped and send to Péter Pausits, SMC Junior 2016 Technical Program Committee Co-Chair (peter.pausits@irob.uni-obuda.hu) by July 31, 2016. Please use "SMC Junior 2016 Registration Fee Discount" as subject. Notification of acceptance will be made after August 20.
