Call for Tutorials and Workshops
The 2016 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (IEEE SMC 2016) invite you to submit tutorial/workshop proposals for the conference. Any topics that related to the theme of the conference are welcome.

Submission of proposals for Workshop Sessions
March 15, 2016
Acceptance/rejection notification of proposals for Workshop Sessions
May 1, 2016
Extended deadline for submission of Workshop papers.
Submission process:
Each proposal should have the following (at most 3 pages):
a) Speakers
b) Contact Information
c) Biography
d) Email
e) Title of the Workshop
f) Abstract of the workshop: 150 to 200 words used to describe the nature of the workshop and its relevancy to the IEEE SMC 2016 conference
g) Expected Number of Participants
h) Previous tutorial: describe if the tutorial was held previously and with number of participants.
i) Duration of the workshop
j) Titles and authors of the Workshop papers
Reviewing:
Proposal:
Proposals will be reviewed by the Conference Chairs, PC Co-chairs and a few experts in the area if needed.
Workshop papers:
Workshop papers will be reviewed by at least two referees for technical merit and content. Accepted papers will be presented in oral on the given Workshop session.
